Custom products and quotations
Images show design references. A finished custom product can differ because of approved dimensions, configuration, glass, hardware, finish, manufacturing requirements, display settings and photography. Prices, quantities, materials, dimensions, colours, delivery schedules, packaging, shipping, installation support and other project requirements must be confirmed in writing.
Q235 carbon steel is one of the materials commonly used for custom fabrication. The actual steel grade, thickness and structural configuration depend on the approved design and project requirements. Glass make-up is selected according to opening size, privacy, safety, energy-performance needs, applicable local requirements and the project brief. Final materials, glass, finish, dimensions and performance requirements are those stated in the approved drawings, samples, quotation and order documents.
A website inquiry or preliminary quotation is not a final contract. A binding order exists only when the parties approve the applicable written commercial documents, specifications and payment terms.
